Photography & Words by John Zhang for Canibeat.com

So I’m back again and this time I have coverage of the Nisei Week Showoff Car Show 2010 in Los Angeles. The weather was typical southern California weather with lots of sun. I got tanned shooting these photos. A lot of nice looking cars showed up ranging from JDM, Euro, old school, track, trucks, widebodies, carbon fiber everywhere, crazy paint jobs (so crazy that the lot smelled like fresh paint), anything you name it was there.
I’m used to shooting Euro events, but it’s good to branch out sometimes to see what everyone else is doing. Like this crazy kit for example…

This was one of the cleanest VIP style rides there in my opinion.

You can never go wrong with custom one off wheels.

I was really feeling the classics there.

Clean Porsche with BBS LMs.

There were also some crazy bay setups!

It’s a Panda! Get it? Get it?

How can you say no to Ms. Maureen Chen? Thanks for all the support and posing for the camera!
