As we are organizing our H20i 2011 coverage here’s an awesome shot that our buddy Jordan Chronister took of Mike Burroughs’ 1971 BMW CS from this past epic weekend. Gotta love the new Rotiform SJC!

  1. Looks sweet, any info on that e30 too?

  2. Wow, he ruined a classic. Some cars look great low as hell, this is not one of them.

  3. Car still looks amazing! But I prefer it’s previous look with BBSs. Fitment was way better in spite of higher clearance.

    • Absolutely agree. BBS’s looked perfect and I don’t like the sticker.
Still rocking the previous look as my wallpaper

  4. Agreed 1000%. His previous look with the BBS RS’s was much better and classier.

You could argue that this was done to grab attention, both positive and negative, but there comes a point when just slapping on wheels and slamming a car to the ground becomes too standard. The only difference was that M.Burroughs did this to a classic BMW that no one else within the younger forum scene has experienced. Check http://www.e9coupe.com and you will find plenty of individuals who have modified e9′s for many many years before him. The only difference is that his internet fame has somehow made his e9 “amazing.” atan888′s e9, Jabberjaw, was truly a beautiful machine, though on a completely different level on all accounts of style, class, and cost.

Unfortunately the current state of this e9 is almost too predictable.
