Wekfest IV: San Francisco, CA (2.19.12) Part 2
Quality over Quantity. A phrase that everyone has heard, everyone preaches but how often do you actually see it followed through on? The guys at Weksos, every year, work to create an event that is usually one of the year’s best shows but not because of a huge number of cars or spectators. Instead, they show us the perfect example of Quality over Quantity by hand-picking their field of cars.
The field this year featured a wide range of makes and styles and sure some might not be your personal taste but one thing you can’t argue is that all were built with quality. Cars weren’t just thrown together featuring a huge mod list but lacking an overall theme. Instead they had an event featuring some of the cleanest cars on the west coast and all of which flossed high-end or rare parts that fit the overall feel of the car perfectly.
Wekfest started off the 2012 show season off with a bang and we can only hope the other top shows will leave us this satisfied. Now on to Part 2 of Canibeat.com’s coverage of Wekfest 2012, Enjoy!
