In 2013, Spring Fling Canada celebrated their 10th year as Canada’s official season-opening event for German car enthusiasts. The event took place on Sunday June 2rd, 2013 from 11am until 3pm. So what’s all the hype about? Spring Fling is a home-grown and family-oriented event so EVERYBODY is invited! Spring Fling wasn’t your run of the mill show. There were no trophies and no judging and that made the event just a chill get together on a bigger than average scale! And as always, Spring Fling runs RAIN or SHINE!
The event returned to the Hansa Haus again this year. Riding off the momentum from years past, Mississauga’s own German Canadian Club Hansa Haus was a fitting location for this prized event.
Mahalo! When you hear or think of Hawaii you usually think of a tropical vacation, palm trees, beautiful beaches, coconuts, hula dancing, or whatever your imagination comes up with. However since I can remember, Hawaii was hardly been known for bad ass cars! Within the past years ‘til this day, Hawaii has been on the rise in the car game and is finally being recognized as a key player in the import/euro tuning industry. After all there is more to Hawaii than just grass huts and beaches. Every so often, we get sick builds getting up on the major car sites coming out from the islands. Recently all the so called big dogs in the industry are now coming down to host bomb ass car shows to show the whole world what Hawaii has to offer! Read More
I flew down to LA and spent the weekend with my buddy Matthew Ramos from Panda Feet Productions. It was great getting to chill with some of the Canibeat crew again and checking out the LA area together. Matthew and I double teamed each car with 5Dmk2s and a variety of lenses and tools. We had a great time and can’t wait for the next. Enjoy! – Loren
Players Show, now in its 7th year of existence is tearing the UK car scene to bits. Ran by two crazy men Carl Taylor and Jamie Mctoldridge with a don’t care attitude. These two are no strangers to show scene with a successful event held at an airfield in Essex later on in the season this year they wanted to put another date in the dairy.
Players classics! Why classic may you ask… well I think this was all down to the location. Held at Goodwood motor circuit, which to give you a little insider opened in 1948, the first single seat race for Graham Hill and was the very place that ended Stirling Moss’s career. It is with out a doubt a very special place in the history of motorsport and it is the first time that cars of this culture have every parked up on the Goodwood grass.
After three successful years at Downsview Park, it was time for Fitted to move to a larger location at the Brampton Fairgrounds. This epic event was held on Saturday May 25, 2013 and put on by the people from Stretch & Poke. We hope you guys enjoy the official Canibeat Fitted Showcase 2013 video!
After three successful years at Downsview Park, it was time for Fitted to move to a larger location at the Brampton Fairgrounds. The event was held on Saturday May 25, 2013 and put on by the people from Stretch & Poke. This year, Fitted included a free indoor RC track, live music provided by a DJ, and a food truck alley which was unique to a Canadian event.
Fitted included a trophy competition as well, and custom trophies were up for grabs. In addition, every attendee received a raffle ticket for a chance to win a wide range of apparel and automotive parts graciously donated by the Fitted show sponsors!

Please enjoy our coverage of some of the memorable vehicles at this event that caught our interest and made our coverage. Coming from Maryland, I don’t have the luxury of attending these kinds of things on a whim. It’s a very expensive planned mini vacation, but once again Weksos Industries delivered. WFLA is held at the Queen Mary Events Park in Long Beach, CA. It’s right on the water with a spectacular view the marina and downtown, not to mention some damn good landscaping too! This is why I love this event so much. It’s not just a car show; it’s an experience. The amount of new friendships and people brought together by the WekFest Tour is probably more that anyone could possibly comprehend. Don’t get me wrong – the cars are top notch and I would be lying if I said that it wasn’t my #1 reason for going, but it just never ceases to amaze me how much more WekFest brings to the table. To make a long story short, if you haven’t been to Wekfest, make sure you hit up one of their events near you. With 6 locations worldwide including Hawaii, Japan, Texas, New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, Its worth the drive (or flight in my case!). Enjoy the pictures!
The Wekfest events are synonymous with quality builds and great vibes. Originally native to Northern California they have since branched out and have been holding Wekfest LA for a few years now. Like the previous year, skies were clear and made for a great day to come out and enjoy the event. Enjoy our massive coverage of this great event.
The Carlisle “Custom Compact” event grew to its height in popularity in the mid-2000′s, when out of control crowds caused management to ship the event out of town. After a few years at different venues, the creators returned the show back to its rightful place at the Carlisle Fairgrounds, and the Performance & Style event was born. It’s been a few years since then, and the event seems to grow a bit larger each and every year. While you will see a wild mix of the good, the bad, and the ugly at this show, event managers have reached out to some of the region’s most renowned car builders and lifestyle companies to help keep featured aspects of the event true to the ever-evolving car scene.
After being started as a small shop get together in 2005 by Grossman Tuning, Water by the Bridge 2009 marked the progress of the event as a whole. Wanting the show to be a place for Euro enthusiasts of all types, Grossman started to set up the show. After getting approval for one of the sickest places around, Water by the Bridge was set to be held at the gorgeous Waterfront Park in Louisville, Ky. Each year, more people came. In 2012, about 200-250 cars showed up, but that’s nothing close to what 2013 had to offer. Apparently word had gotten out; Water by the Bridge was the place to be in 2013.
