The end of April is an exciting time for automotive enthusiasts in the Southeast. Builds from winter start to emerge and shows begin to pop up almost every weekend. For some, this last weekend in April may be their first car show ever, while others have been in the game longer than they've had a license to drive. Experience has taught us which car shows to not miss because of the quality and which ones to go to just to have a good time. Import Alliance Atlanta and Southrn Fresh's Welcome to Atlanta pre-meet are perfect examples of when those two factors come together. Read More

A Look Back: First Class Fitment 2012: Official Photo Coverage
For the third year in a row, our annual First Class Fitment meet at Princeton Airport has been a successful bookend to the East Coast show circuit. The event is organized as an invitational showcase for the best examples of the fitment scene on this side of the Mississippi, and the key draw for this show has always been a concentrated diversity that simply doesn't exist in other events. Recently though, a third group has started to crop up. These girls spin wrenches and build cars of their own and manage to keep up with all the boys. Hindsight is always 20/20 and at some point all of us have probably looked back at a decision we have made or a part we have purchased for a current or past car and wondered "What was I thinking?" We live, we learn, and life goes on... While some of us continue to learn by trial and error, others seem to have a vision. After taking ques from from past and present builds, countless hours of research, and sifting through photos they know exactly what they want and what they have to do to achieve the end result before they even start wrenchin'. Or in Jason Marabito's case, long before he even purchased his new daily driver!

Dude Where’s my xB?
Photography by Bojangles Photography Words by Dave Tormey for Canibeat.com Some of us prefer a more low key commute to work while the rest of us, like Chris Alzona, have a hard time leaving even our daily drivers untouched. At some point or another we've all been there, we tell ourselves , our friends, and our girlfriends, "I'm just keeping this one stock!". Before we know it, a few little mods turns into a few rare mods, a deal or two come up that you just can't say no to, and you find a set of wheels you just have to have! This post goes out to all the daily drivers that have become MUCH much more! Read More
